As the end-of-year holidays approach, Elior offers a menu of savory delicacies and festive events
To enhance the daily life of its guests and arouse their taste buds in time for the Christmas and New Year holidays, Elior teams have organized gourmet meals and festive events in strict compliance with sanitary measures.
From the beginning of December, Elior decorated its school canteens in France with their most beautiful garlands of lights to bring magic and comfort to young guests during this period of sanitary crisis.
At the same time, the festive season is above all an opportunity for children to feast on delicious recipes prepared by Elior's Chefs: salmon rillettes, roast turkey with pumpkin turmeric sauce, nutolade and chocolate-chip cake, etc.
On the entertainments side, coloring workshops have been organized for toddlers in nurseries. On the program: pretty garland decorations to take home in the evening.
Across the Channel, Elior’s UK teams served tasty Christmas cupcakes to school children at the Jack Hunt School in the city of Peterborough, UK.
In the Health and welfare segment, staff canteens have also been transformed and decked out in the colors of Christmas. This is notably the case for the staff room at the Clinique du Parc Saint Lazare, which also offered its guests a special Christmas meal; an opportunity to offer caregivers a unique, timeless moment of gourmet pleasure.
Not to mention EHPAD residents, such as those of La Vacquinière in Montigny-lès-Metz in the French department of Moselle for whom Elior’s teams offer delicious, carefully-dressed meals. Among the recipes: lobster, shrimp and vegetable puff pastry, white blood sausage and shallot confit, mashed potatoes with Christmas spices, white chocolate and cream of chestnut Christmas log, etc.
