Anti-waste recipe: radish leaf soup

Did you know that? According to the FAO, 200,000,000 people could be fed in the world with the food wasted in Europe. In order to fight against food waste at home, we suggest you to reproduce this anti-waste recipe elaborated by Expliceat.
Ingredients for 2 persons
- Radish tops
- 1 onion
- 100g of fresh cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1. Take the radish leaves and rinse them, then cut them lightly
2. Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop it
3. Take a frying pan and brown the onions with butter
4. Add the radish leaves and mix
5. Add 2 to 3 glasses of water, olive oil, salt and pepper
6. Put the lid on the frying pan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
7. Mix the preparation and add the fresh cream
