Apulian apple and chives burrata

Burrata
Discover this deliciously creamy Burrata della Puglia made with fresh cow's milk and served with apples and chives.

Ingredients
  • 6 small burratas
  • 250g Granny Smith apples
  • 130g shallots
  • 30g chives
  • 50g olive oil
  • 15g cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Dice the apples and shallots and mix the chives and vinegar with the oil.
  2. Drain the liquid off the burratas. Arrange on a plate and cover with the apple vinaigrette. Add a dash of oil and a turn of the pepper mill. On a plate, place the burrata on bed of apples and shallots and garnish with the chives.
