Apulian apple and chives burrata
Discover this deliciously creamy Burrata della Puglia made with fresh cow's milk and served with apples and chives.
- 6 small burratas
- 250g Granny Smith apples
- 130g shallots
- 30g chives
- 50g olive oil
- 15g cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Dice the apples and shallots and mix the chives and vinegar with the oil.
- Drain the liquid off the burratas. Arrange on a plate and cover with the apple vinaigrette. Add a dash of oil and a turn of the pepper mill. On a plate, place the burrata on bed of apples and shallots and garnish with the chives.
