Banana-bread

Delicious anti-waste, banana bread recipe
Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 220g of wheat flour
- 120g of salted butter
- 3 eggs
- 80g of brown sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- Grease your bread pan and keep in a cool place
- Blanch the sugar with the eggs then add the melted butter and mix.
- Using a whisk, mash 2 bananas then incorporate them into the mixture
- Mix everything together
- Add the flour and baking powder
- Pour the mixture into the bread pan and place 1 banana, cut in 2, on top
- Bake in a hot oven (185°) and for 45 minutes
- Leave to cool for 15 minutes then unmold
