The correct gestures to use to consume better: exotic water-free couscous

A delicious couscous recipe that limits your water consumption in the kitchen.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 2 oranges
- ½ lime
- 1 tbsp of orange blossom
- Raz el Hanout
- 3 dried apricots
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh coriander stalks
- 200g couscous
- Fleur de sel
- Squeeze the oranges and the lime; add the orange blossom, the raz el hanout and the apricots, coarsely chopped.
- Wash and chop the mint leaves and coriander stalks as finely as possible. Spray the couscous with the juice and herbs.
- Let the couscous absorb the liquid, stirring occasionally with a fork.
- Serve in glasses. Garnish with a few fleur de sel seeds.
