Couscous with vegetables, salmon, Roquefort and a mixture of seeds

During the 2020 and 2021 sports seasons, Elior chefs will be cooking meals for the professional racing cyclists of the Total Direct Energie team. Try out this recipe which is ideal for recuperating after a strenuous workout.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 100g of couscous
- 15g of courgettes
- 15g of tomatoes
- 35g of cooked salmon
- 40g of Roquefort
- 20g of vinaigrette
- 60g of seed mixture
- Cook the couscous.
Steam the salmon (10 minutes).
Dice the vegetables.
Cut the Roquefort into small cubes.

- Mix the couscous and vegetables and prepare for serving.
- Add the salmon and diced Roquefort cheese. Sprinkle with the seed mixture.
- Season with the vinaigrette and serve.
