Granola : cinnamon, honey, almonds and pumpkin seeds

Ingredients for 4 to 6 persons
  • 100 g of oatmeal
  • 40 g of crushed almonds
  • 20 g of pumpkin seeds
  • 20 g of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

1.    Preheat oven to 170°C


2.    Mix the oatmeal, crushed almonds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon in a bowl


3.    Add olive oil and honey, mix well


4.    Place mixture on a baking sheet. Flatten and cover with baking paper 


5.    Bake mixture for 25 to 30 minutes turning occasionally


6.    Remove from oven and leave to cool 


7.    Use baked granola mixture as a topping for a fruit salad, a compote, a dairy product
