Summer recipe: thin crust tomato tart

Try this easy-to-make, seasonal recipe.
Ingredients for 6 persons
- 1 pkt of puff pastry
- 1.5 kg of tomatoes
- Mustard
- Oregano
- Batavia
- Fine salt
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters
- Roll out the puff pastry dough and place in a pie dish. Prick it with a fork then spread it with mustard
- Place the tomato quarters on the pastry dough and season with oregano and salt
- Bake in oven for 20 min at 200° C (adjust if necessary)
- Serve with green salad.
