Summer recipe: thin crust tomato tart

Try this easy-to-make, seasonal recipe.

Ingredients for 6 persons
  • 1 pkt of puff pastry
  • 1.5 kg of tomatoes
  • Mustard
  • Oregano
  • Batavia
  • Fine salt
  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters
  2. Roll out the puff pastry dough and place in a pie dish. Prick it with a fork then spread it with mustard
  3. Place the tomato quarters on the pastry dough and season with oregano and salt
  4. Bake in oven for 20 min at 200° C (adjust if necessary)
  5. Serve with green salad.
