Summer recipe: watermelon smoothie

Ingredients for 4 persons
- ½ watermelon
- ½ cucumber
- 1.7 soup spoons of raspberry vinegar
- Celery salt
- Cut the watermelon pulp into large cubes and put in a blender. Wash and cut the unpeeled half cucumber, into quarters and remove pips. Cut the cucumber into slices and put in the blender with the watermelon.
- Add the raspberry vinegar and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix all ingredients and serve.
