Summer recipe: watermelon smoothie

Recipes that use seasonal produce are essential to ensure the nutritional quality of dishes while minimizing the impact on the environment. Here is a recipe to help you cool off in the summer!

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • ½ watermelon
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1.7 soup spoons of raspberry vinegar
  • Celery salt
  1. Cut the watermelon pulp into large cubes and put in a blender. Wash and cut the unpeeled half cucumber, into quarters and remove pips. Cut the cucumber into slices and put in the blender with the watermelon.
  2. Add the raspberry vinegar and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix all ingredients and serve.
