Vegetarian recipe: wheat, tofu and vegetable wok sautéed in soy sauce

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 400g of vegetables according to taste
  • 300g of soft wheat
  • 200g of tofu
  • 100 ml of soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  1. Add 900 ml of water to wheat and bring to the boil. Simmer over medium heat until all the water is absorbed then add a dash of oil.  Place the wheat on a damp cloth and keep to the side.The day before, soak the wheat in lukewarm water overnight. Before cooking, drain and wash the wheat
  2. Meanwhile, brown the cut vegetables slightl in the olive oil. Add the chopped tofu and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the soy at the end.
  3. Mix the wheat, the vegetables and the tofu
