Vegetarian recipe: wheat, tofu and vegetable wok sautéed in soy sauce

Treat yourself to this tasty, original vegetarian recipe.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 400g of vegetables according to taste
- 300g of soft wheat
- 200g of tofu
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Add 900 ml of water to wheat and bring to the boil. Simmer over medium heat until all the water is absorbed then add a dash of oil. Place the wheat on a damp cloth and keep to the side.The day before, soak the wheat in lukewarm water overnight. Before cooking, drain and wash the wheat
- Meanwhile, brown the cut vegetables slightl in the olive oil. Add the chopped tofu and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the soy at the end.
- Mix the wheat, the vegetables and the tofu
